Research conducted for The Green Grid in October 2015 identified a strong requirement to improve the dialogue between data center management and executive management. Translating technical, operations-focused data center metrics and KPIs into a meaningful message for executive management would support the operations message of the IT organization.
The workshop, led by The Green Grid members Lance Rütimann and Simon Brady, will investigate the application of existing data center metrics/KPIs within a reference model that has the potential to become a management instrument.
