WP#90 ASSESSMENT OF THE USE OF SPEC® SERT® SUITE MEASURED DATA TO CREATE A DATA CENTER WORK PER ENERGY METRIC
The Green Grid (TGG) recommends that the European Commission use the SPEC Server Efficiency Rating Tool (SERT) measured data to provide estimates of data center ICT equipment total and utilized work capacity and average workload capacity utilization.
