This User Guide provides a step by step description of how to use the ITWC v1 online calculation tool.
The ITWC V1 Calculation Tool (online version) provides a user interface that illustrates the functions described in White Paper #94. Note that v1 of the ITWC Metric includes only the Cserv calculation. Future versions of the ITWC metric will include storage and network IT equipment.
