This document presents a summary of the concerns, arguments, and proposals outlined in the TGG feedback on Lot 9 Draft Regulation and Memorandum, including, but not limited to, idle power, active state efficiency, processor power management, energy labelling, PSUs, and EcoDesign requirements for storage devices. It also includes TGG's views on the impact of the current EU Commission proposals, for their Lot 9 regulation, on material efficiency.
