This document is a two page FAQ on using PerfCPU to calculate the Cserv value for a data center EED ICT indicator (Cserv). The first page is intended to provide a simple explanation of how to perform the calculation. The second page explains how an IT operator can get the PerfCPU/Cserv value from a server manufacturer. The EU Commission has requested TGG to provide this FAQ.
