The Green Grid SERT analysis work group has responded with a full analysis of the Draft Lot 9 regulations. These documents outline the serious problems with the proposed allowences defined in those regulations. In addition, the SERT work group has prepared a recommended alternate allowance proposal which would lessen the arbitrariness of the currently proposed idle allowance.
