2017 TGG Forum: What is the impact of fog computing? (Japanese)

Sakura Internet has been operating its business mainly in the data center business, but in anticipation of the explosive increase in the amount of data due to the "Fourth Industrial Revolution," it has identified business opportunities there, and in recent years has been expanding into IoT and other businesses. It is expanding its scope into fields such as AI and cloud. The environment surrounding data centers has changed significantly over the past 10 years, and if we look back at the history of IT, we see a pendulum-like swing between an era of centralized processing and an era of distributed processing. Looking to the future, we will consider what kind of impact IoT, fog computing, and the cloud will have on the data center market, as well as their impacts and challenges.
