Data Center Power System Harmonics: A Webcast for Members of The Green Grid
The Green Grid provides an exclusive overview of harmonics, including what they are, the difference between harmonic voltage and current, what causes harmonics, and what problems harmonics can cause. Led by Power Sub Work Group members Mietek Glinkowski (ABB, Inc.), Dave Loucks (Eaton), and Stephen McCluer (Schneider Electric), this webcast also delved into the levels of harmonics that can be tolerated and under what conditions, as well as how harmonic voltages and currents can affect data center power distribution system efficiency.
