Membership in The Green Grid is your key to participating with fellow
industry stakeholders in the quest to improve overall data center energy
efficiencies. The organization’s working focus on research, standards
writing, published studies and continuing education needs your input. By
joining The Green Grid, you’ll help influence both developers and end users
of data center technology. There are two ways to join: as a General Member
or as a Contributor Member. Which level of membership is right for you will
depend on how much influence your company wants to have in driving the
mission of the organization.
Benefits of Membership
All members of The Green Grid are eligible for the following benefits:
- Attending and participating in all General Meetings of The Green
Grid
- Reviewing and commenting on specifications and guidelines prior to
adoption by The Green Grid
- Entering the members-only Web site with exclusive, early access to
documents before they are published
- Accessing support documentation and materials concerning The Green Grid
specifications, test suites and IP licensing
- Participating in The Green Grid’s global expansion initiatives,
including new membership programs in Europe and Asia
- Attending and participating in members-only webcasts during which The
Green Grid Technical Committee representatives preview and discuss
technical documentation, such as white papers and market studies, roadmaps
and more
- Including your company name in the members list on The Green Grid Web

In addition to the benefits listed above, Contributor Members are
