To The person in charge Dear sirs　 I hope to tell you "The new energy technology that we can get new motive power energy in fuel oil of the engine with expansion pressure by explosive evaporation" from the bottom of my heart strongly. Please read my mail.　 By the way, we can not imagine the condition that the damage of accident in Fukushima atomic power station in Japan spreads without limit. The fact that the human is unable to manage the accident about atomic power has been evidenced perfectly.　 As a matter of course, many countries having a nuclear power plant of the world are driven into the situation that must concentrate their full power on the development of alternative energy of atomic power. By the way, I have already spent 20 years on the development of my new energy technology till today without unfortunately being yet accepted in the Japanese public institution. The development of the new energy technology for decreasing CO2 has been done to spread to big-size engine by shipping line or the ship engine maker, but situation to advance is too slow by many various obstacle. The generated evaporation gas can burn for the first time. The expansion pressure of evaporation of fuel oil conventionally is so small that can ignore. According to my new energy technology, expansion pressure of explosive evaporation by magnetism attains to 10%~20% of motive power of thermal expansion pressure of conventional explosive combustion in the engine The effect of the reduction rate of fuel oil of consumption amount attaining to 10%~20% will decrease inevitably incidence of the CO2 similarly. This new energy technology can be used in overall heat engine using the fossil fuel basically. The spread of this new energy technology brings vast profits economically as well as the big decrease of the CO2. The realization of motive power engine which controlled incidence of the CO2 to the minimum by raising the incidence of expansion pressure of explosive evaporation by magnetism to the maximum in near future is not only dream.
