Additionally, it demonstrates the necessity to elevate the priority of sustainability as a new and critical element in site selection; proposes how the utilization of the current and future tools and metrics of The Green Grid can aid the owner/operator, consultant, and manufacturer in successfully choosing locations that can promote efficiency and sustainability; and invites participation into the development of these best practices and tools.
