The Data Collection & Analysis (DC&A) workgroup conducted an end-user “Birds-of-a-Feather” session at the 2008 Technical Committee Face-to-Face in Seattle, Washington. It was felt that this was a great opportunity to get a pulse on end-user actions and issues relative to energy efficiency and it was desired to replicate the session in 2009. The objective of this paper is to formally document and communicate the findings of the requirements gathering session.
